The Chompers quest for the best in baits began on the vast waters of Table Rock Lake in southern Missouri, USA. In the early 90’s, Sonny Chafin envisioned a premium line of soft plastic lures better than any available. In 1995, TableRock Bait & Tackle Company and the Chompers brand became reality.

Sparta, Mo., – Table Rock Bait Co., d/b/a Chompers announced it has transferred full Ownership of the business from Ed Larson to Aaron Click and Jarrod Neef.
In 1995, TableRock Bait & Tackle Company and the Chompers brand became a reality giving tournament and recreation anglers a quality choice in baits.
